[ltp] the high-pitch noise is BACK!!!

Hi all,

I could hardly belife...
when I bootet 2.6.20 and worked on battery the first time I heard it again,
this annoying high pitch noise my X60 makes when idle on battery.

first try was to upgrade the BIOS, but without success.

anyone any ideas?
