Hi, I find this thread really interesting. Thanks.

What would be the best way for me to try out this stuff on my x40? Is 
there some sort of live CD I can use? I'm a little concerned that it's 
going to be a resource hog, and I rather see if that's true without 
having to install stuff I might want to take out later.
