Hei,

these are two ideas that i have in my mind for a while already, but
can't do myself, cause i don't have the time in some cases and not the
skills in other cases...

1. It would be nice to create a help application similar to Access IBM
under windows, providing specific thinkpad info. Info could be taken
from ThinkWiki. Could be done in HTML and accessed via i.e. yelp in
Gnome.

2. AccessIBM/ThinkVantage button support in grub/grub2. Would probably
need to be a patch to grub. tpb code could be a base. grub2 might be the
better framework.

3. Linux Rescue & Recovery. The idea is a linux system on a separate
partition that provides all kinds of rescue and diagnosis tools for both
Windows and Linux. Providing Backup/Restore applications for Linux and
Windows (python?) would be nice.
