Sure, grab them from [1] and let me know if I forgot to include anything
important.

If you have time, feel free to post them to ThinkWiki as well and let me
know about that so that I can update them in future.

Note that you'll have to change
/usr/share/hibernate/scriptlets.d/modules for hibernate-script to use
`modprobe -r` instead of `rmmod` on some distributions or ipw3945d won't
get stopped.
