I did a little testing yesterday on my machine (T60p 2007-93U, 2.6.21.1
+ whoopie patches, Debian unstable).  ibm-acpi didn't show up in the
output.  hdapsd and the hdaps module, however, are both significant,
coming in at #3 and #4 on the list, about 12% each.  The remaining major
problems are: USB at #1 (23%), fglrx at #2 (14%), and ipw3945 at #5
(10%); the remaining things shown are all below 4% each.  For reference,
this machine is getting about 1200-1300 wakeups per second, which seems
pretty bad; at that rate, the items on the bottom of the list are still
40-50 wakeups per second.
