[ltp] radeon randr-1.2 support

For those that are interested, I've been working on improved randr-1.2
support for the radeon driver over the past few weeks, and it's
getting pretty useable at this point (as long as your video rom has
semi-decent connector tables which most thinkpads do).  It requires at
least xserver 1.3 and a recent version of xrandr.  You can grab it on
the randr-1.2 branch of the ati git tree.  On my t41p, I can easily
switch between dualhead and single head and toggle the ouptuts (VGA,
DVI, and LVDS) on the fly.
