[ltp] H-sync problem on old A21p

Describe this problem more fully.  Is it like the one described in 
http://www.mail-archive.com/xfree86@xfree86.org/msg10592.html , where someone 
couldn't run in any resolution but the native 1600x1200 ?  Or is it something 
different?  I'm not seeing much relevant by googling "thinkpad A21p overlap 
X".

If you can't run in any resolution but 1600x1200, the fix is to bump up the 
HorizSync and VertRefresh ranges in xorg.conf .  I had something ridiculous 
like 10-400 and 20-160 for my A22p for a long time, and it worked fine.  HTH
