Hello,

I just upgraded to fedora 8. It looks quite nice! It even saves more power
than fedora 7, BUT
it doesn't really wake up after suspend to ram. This worked very well under
Fedora 7 (with supplied kernels and with own vanilla ones (to try kernel
version 2.6.23)).

Sadly it suspends as requested, but the screen remains black after wakeup.
It looks like system is up after wakeup. /var/log/messages lists the
following events:
Nov 12 17:16:36 sofja kernel: uhci_hcd 0000:00:1d.0: UHCI Host Controller

1.19.6" x-pid="1718"][x-configInfo udpReception="No" udpPort="514"

(last line is from next boot!)

Has anyone managed to get suspend to ram working on that machine on fedora
8? Any help or idea is very appreciated

Thanks,
