1 GB modules seem to work (I upgraded one T30 with a 1 GB 266 Mhz
Kingston 266X64SC25/1G)
If both memory slots work then 2 GB maybe well possible. However on a
lot of T30s the second memory slot is buggy. (There are some
workarounds, but they all failed on mine)

80 GB would be an unlikely limit.
