No, windows only stayed on it long enough to verify all the HW was
running at all, and then the ntfs resize went funny so I gave up even
pretending I'd care about dual-boot.

20W seems awfully high for a chipset rev (and one which runs
significantly cooler in idle than my T43), compared against a T60 and
it can get down to 9W idle.
