Hi Jose,
I try to download lastest compat-wireless-2.6.tar.bz2 but I dont find 
where I can enable iwl4965's led..

I try to add CONFIG_IWLWIFI_LEDS=y to config.mk, but it fails to compile..

could you explain me how you enable it?
