[ltp] bluetooth led not working

Yes I did.
The strange thing is: I just noticed that if I boot with bluetooth
enabled, the led wil come on, but if I switch it of, I can not switch
it on anymore (even though the /proc/acpi/ibm/bluetooth setting tells
me that it is enabled).
