My Solution is not a solution for your problem - because of his 64 bit syst=
em=20
i remembered that once my 32 bit chroot blocked shutting down for minutes,=
=20
because  that some partitions cannot be unmounted while still in use (bind)=
,=20
so the umount process hangs till timeout.

I just shot into the blue (if you say this in english?) - your problem seem=
s=20
to be another one.
