[ltp] x61s battery won't charge

Hello everybody,

last yestarday I noticed that battery doesn't charge. Icewm indicator
shows 89%CP and doesn't changes. I use Linux 2.6.22.5 and had no such 
problem with my extended battery. I removed AC, worked until 30%
and turned off notebook. No changes at morning, then I tried to 
reboot to Windows XP and battery become charge ! I wait until it charged
to 87% and then boot Linux. First several minutes it looked like battery
began to charge, but it stopped at 89%CP.
