I'm running Kubuntu Gutsy Gibbon on a IBM R52.

When the laptop is running and i attach the DockII docking station, some
of the docks ports (mainly the USB ports, i could not yet check the
others) are not working. PS2 works fine, while ethernet only seems to
work when i dock the laptop while running. When I dock it while it is in
standby, both ethernet devices (the one of the laptop and of the dock)
dont work and not even shown in KDE System settings.

Additionally i get the following errors in syslog

I get this cascade of errors twice after docking the laptop.

All ports (USB, ethernet, etc.) of the docking station work perfectly
when i boot the laptop while docked.
Can someone help me with getting the docking station up and running as
it should?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Peter Schmidt

PS: this is my first mailinglist, I hope I act properly ;)
