Holzschuh wrote about this issue:

|And please be advised that since it is rfkill that now controls the
|state of the thinkpad radios, you may observe some changes in
|behaviour.  The most "alarming" one might be bluetooth and WWAN radios
|getting enabled by default.  To avoid that, give the rfkill module the
|"default_state=0" parameter.

Loading the module with this parameter disables bluetooth at bootup
with WIFI is still available.
