[ltp] Back and Forward Button

i have an X61 with updated Debian "Lenny". the IBM page forward and
backwards button works in Iceweasel and Epiphany. the audio player
buttons (Fn+arrow keys) also work with Rhythmbox. i don't recall editing
any special files to get them working. i assume xorg picks them up
itself.
