video=intelfb:mode=1024x768-16@60,noaccel vga=791

Without noaccel, scrolling was a bit broken. Now I'm down to 8,4 Watt
with an idle desktop, whereas it was hard to even get below 9 Watt
before. At least I thought that the framebuffer could be the reason. I
also recreated the kernel source, so I should measure again without the
framebuffer to be sure.
