I have upgraded (from the packages in updates) this past thursday, I am now 
running kernel 2.6.27.7-134.fc10.i686, and I can now hibernate and resume 
properly. My original suspend problem (see bug above) is still there, but 
that was true for F8 and F9 anyway. At least, I can hibernate again.
