[ltp] Intel card & compiz on a T61

Thanks Guys!
After some quick research, i found that one must comment out the intel 
card in /usr/bin/compiz blacklist,
and then change all video output selections to "OPENGL" instead of "XV".
Now everything works well!
p.s.: This is specific for ubuntu 7.10 i don't know what other tweaks 
must be done for other distros
