[ltp] upgrade 2.6.24 -> 2.6.25-rc1, x61s won't wake up

Tino-

  I noticed a fix for some sleep problems in 2.6.25-rc2 -- the kernel
suspend/resume code was assuming the processor was always in C0, I
think -- that has sleep working for me again.  Thanks for the heads
up.
