[ltp] Numlock and Capslock leds on T43

Hi,

I do not know when it started. But since some weeks, the leds for 
Numlock and Capslock do not work any more. The keys however, work fine. 
Before, everything worked out of the box, so I did not care about that 
up to now.

My configuration is: openSuSE 10.3 on a T43 with kde 3.5.8, kernel: 
2.6.22.13-0.3

Did anyone experienced the same behaviour. What can I test to see where 
this comes from. Could it be that it comes from my last kernel update?
