I also doubt that it had anything to do with the ATI card - I can=20
verify that the T60 sucks dust like a Dyson - its fan was starting to=20
make a racket (and it was on constantly) and when I opened it up to=20
see why, the cooling vanes were almost completely clogged.  Blowing=20
them out with some compressed air dropped the CPU temp significantly=20
(unfortunately it didn't help with the fan - still noisy and now that=20
it goes on and off, more intrusive).
