No idea.  I suspect you can change the syndaemon source to turn off
guest mouse as well as the touchpad.

On the other hand, synclient GuestMouse=3D0 does nothing here -- X gets
those events through /dev/input/mice.  I've no idea how this all works
so that I don't get duplicate button presses.
