My T61p works flawlessly for this:

03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR5212
802.11abg NIC (rev 01)

I love the 1920x1200 resolution on my 15.4" display:

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation Quadro FX 570M
(rev a1)

Aaaaaalmost working, using the sierra driver on my end... but because I
use AT&T as my provider, I may have to pony up and use ndiswrapper or
some other tricks to get this working.
