Yes, they will be interested, as long as they don't mention the pay. As
a future automotive engineer with German episode during my studies I
reviewed the job offers there. I live in Poland and even though it's
that close they don't pay nearly good enough to even consider moving.
Germany is expensive country to live in (spoken from experience) and
German companies are cheapskates, so count well before making any
decisions. No wonder German engineers leave Europe for the US.

BTW, AFAIK IT specialists from the new EU member states like Poland (not
sure about the latest additions) don't need the extra permit since
November 2007. Too late, 3 yrs ago it might have paid off.
