Ok, at this point udev is run and it will load "thinkpad-acpi". There is
also this message in kernel log:

native one...

Googling the last one taught me, that one can switch to the native one
by giving some option that i dont remember, but this did not change
anything. And: unloading the module does not bring back the
functionality of the bios.

Yes, same here, control works before kernel loads.
