Hi.

Whenever I use a projector that's 4:3 (1024x768) I downsize LVDS to
1024x768 too - compiz and gnome just looks better if both VGA and LVDS
are the same size (with 0 offset that is). This works fine with one
exception - the laptop display performs scaling, upsizing 1024x768 to
1280x800 so things get too wide and blurry. Is there a way to turn this
off and have the laptop only use 1024 pixels in the middle (or to the
left or whatever). On my older laptops this was a setting in BIOS
(hardware rescale).

Thanks in advance,

	Fredrik Wendt
