No. Turns out I had forgotten to enable CONFIG_IWL3945_RFKILL, mixed it
up with IWLWIFI_RFKILL...

Searched all the places I could think of (/etc/hal and /usr/share/hal on
 Debian, plus some directories from acpi-support).
