Hi!

I have a problem with my X31 battery. It is 3 years old now and used to
hold about 40 Wh with a cycle count of about 100.
Some days ago I unplugged it and plugged it again and from that time
the battery light began flashing orange.
When I unplug the power supply the computer will not turn off, the
battery is still holding some charge. But recharging will never be
initiated.

These are the acpi readings in linux.

cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/info

cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state
present: yes

charging state: charged
present rate: 0 mW
remaining capacity: 0 mWh

In windows the ibm-Software just says "ERROR".
Anyone has an idea what happened?

Regards
Michael
