[ltp] No USB after restore

I have tried many!!! more recent kernels, most fail by going into suspend
and then after a second or two coming right back out again.
Others will lock up the machine or scramble the video.
Ubuntu edgy was the last distro where everything worked and with it
I had to restart the wireless upon restore.
2.6.20 is the only kernel that will suspend for me and if I do an upgrade
on it I lose suspend.
Please don't get me wrong, I really like Linux.
Have had it on machines since version .98.
I just seems that whenever a new version or an upgrade comes out
it breaks things that were working before.
