[ltp] T61 hinge is loose

On the T61, there are 3 screws for each hinge attaching it to the base.
I've not had the LCD apart to see how many screws are there.  I'd find it
odd that all 3 screws worked loose on one side to afford that level of
movement, but anything is possible.
