[ltp] Fedora 11, resume unreliable on X40

Was resume working normally under Fedora 10? If so, and if you upgraded, I
would recommend trying a clean install, after of course backing up your
data.

I've seen enough instances of having weird issues with the upgrade path that
my preference is nearly always to install from fresh.
