[ltp] X200 Fan / Power issues

Thanks for the reply Jochen,
I know that Henrique sent off a request to Lenovo a while back and a
few off the Ubuntu kernel team have had a chance to play with an X200
so I guess I was just trying to see if it was still worth following up
or if either of them had been resolved and it was just in waiting.
