If it's hibernation and not suspend to ram then the battery does not discharge.
But, waking up takes quite a bit of battery and it's also a question of when
you unpluged your battery. Battery charge is also not exact and heat/load can
affect measurements. On my mp it can turn on at 12% and after 5 minutes it goes
up to 70%
