[ltp] Hard lock on T42p

There's a static discharge sequence you can try. Power down the notebook and
pull the battery and power out. Then press the power button 10 times and on
the 10th time, hold it for 30 seconds.

I used to work helpdesk at an enterprise that standardized on ThinkPads.
This was pretty common.
