[ltp] Linux Foundation discount questions

Try finding a student to buy it for you, or educational institutions (as 
stanford...) get the same discount as well I think.
It's not the same as the Linuxfoundation discount but I think these prices are 
pretty good compared to the standard prices, I wouldn't expect the LF discount 
to go below that.
