I don't know.  When they had 5yr all across the line, anything with less
than that was really to be avoided.  If they have bumped down the warranty
on the entire line, it might either mean they will use shoddier factories or
components, or that these new high-density drives are far less reliable than
the older ones and would give too many returns on warranty past 3 years.
