[ltp] Xubuntu vs Ubuntu

Ubuntu is slow no matter which flavour of it. It was better when there
wasn't a bunch of features that should not be enabled ... enabled.
Fast user switching is one of them... I know it would be fast if it
was disabled.  Version 6 and 7 were the last fast versions. To bad
they are old... and dusty.
