[ltp] X61 + L200p wide LCD flicker

Hi,
I've recently bought Lenovo L200p wide panel with native resolution
1680x1050. I have X61 in X6 ultrabase which is connected using the
shortest possible VGA cable ~0.5m (with ferite filters and golden
connectors). Still I'm experiencing heavy flicker on screen when
computer is under load (compiling, working with matlab etc.).

Both monitor and ultrabase are connected to separate outlets through
noise filter sockets. I think it's not ground loop problem.
Flicker occurs in Windows and Linux too.

Any hints? It's normal?
