Hi folks, I just tested 2.6.33-rc5 (actually, 2.6.33-rc5 with TuxOnIce changes) on my X61s, and power consumption with an idle desktop (and turned off pretty much everything, LCD dimmed) dropped from 8,6W to 7,3W. This would make nearly 10 hours of battery runtime. :-) Regards, Tino
