No, it is a USB-HID device and works out-of-the-box for Linux,
Mac, windows and even the BIOS. But that model has a lot of problems
(slow reaction to keypresses, the shift-key sometimes locks up,
the FN key plays funny tricks) and i strongly suggest getting
something else.
