You have to operate at least at the level of part number (IBM and Lenovo
used to often give different part numbers to parts made by different
suppliers.  I don't know if Lenovo still does that).

I bet there are very crappy 90W bricks made by shaddy/crappy suppliers, and
very good 90W bricks made by the better ones.
