Where it makes clear that FBC *for certain workloads* can actually demand
more power.  It does not make it clear whether that happens only on certain
chipsets or not.

Looks like there are synthetic workload testsuites that can be run to check
the power draw, maybe someone could run them on the x220?  Run it while on
battery, and the thinkpad can tell you the power draw.

The testsuits mentioned in the bugzilla report above are from the Battery
Life Tool Kit (bltk).

The bugzilla report also mentions a fbc-related fix that landed in
3.1-rc1.
