I am trying to get rid of the over-coloured bootsplash (plymouth) of Ubuntu= . Does anybody know if this is possible with the kernel parameters in /boot= /grub/menu.lst? Actually I have tried to set video=3Duvesafb:mode_option=3D1024x768-24 but = with no success. My video adapter is a Mobility Radeon 7500. Thanks for any hints. Cheers=2C Florian =
