[ltp] Battery Lock Up... In 10.10 Not 9.10

Hello.
That's what I think: you should not stick ONLY with that problem, related to
BATTERY only. When you unplug your laptop (and now we're talking about
ubuntu) lot's of things happen. Like changing the way your HDD spins, your
monitor brightness, etc. So maybe it's the driver for your video, or hdd
does those hangs up. It does not happen in 9.10, because it might have
different scripts for handling those events.
