Yes,
but a Thinkpad laptop  bench man's time is £50.00 per hr.
It will need a complete strip down to the bare motherboard.
Find another thinkpad motherboard, unsolder the usb  port
 Unsolder the damaged one
solder on the replacement,
reassemble.
Test.
2 to 3 hrs work. plus getting it to him and getting it back.
expensive learning curve.
