[ltp] Product recovery disc for T43

Your best bet is to get a retail win7 disk. For XP you could use a
dell recovery disk from pacificgeek.com but you need to know which
service pack your coa sticker key is tied to. ( My T30 was a sp1 key)
This is why your best bet is win7.
