They're all supported to some extent, but the SL series uses the IdeaPad
BIOS and isn't as well supported a real ThinkPad (i.e. a T, X, or W
series).  As I recall, the practical upshot of this is that volume and
brightness control are a bit wonky (I know there were patches that
worked around some of the issues, but I have no idea if/when they were
picked up by distros/mainline.)

Personally, I'd recommend avoiding all three and getting one of the more
traditional ThinkPads.  You'll get a better quality notebook *and*
better Linux support.
