[ltp] How to reduce the "Rescheduling Interrupts" wake up?

Hi, I have a X220 and I had the same problem. One thing that reduced the
interrups was the irqbalance (emerge irqbalance && rc-update add irqbalance
boot).

Another was stopping conky, some config was causing a lot of interrupts
too. Try also running powertop on the shell only, by stopping the X server.
